3. Then Click on the Start Button on the IWP Window.

BROWSER SETTINGS FOR IWP 4.0 
You need to Configure your Browser to work with IWP, Use this for Your Mozilla, Opera, Google Chrome etc HTTP Proxy: 127.0.0.1

 PORT: Try 6051 or 6053 {Put the Same in SSL Proxy also.}
